Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
The love for working with children
Work experience in the field of early childhood education, * Preschool age.
Work experience in classroom management.
Ability to maintain professional confidentiality.
Adherence to LARA (licensing) requirements, including but not limited to:
CPR, First Aid, Health & Safety training, MiRegistry staff profile, Comprehensive Childcare Background Check, Mandated Reporter, etc.
Meet the ISD and program requirements for professional learning.
First Review of Applicants will be on June 1, 2026
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to interact positively with parents and children
- The ability to work openly and cooperatively as a team.
- The ability to perform physical tasks required to implement a developmentally appropriate preschool program.
- Computer knowledge for child assessment purposes.
