Come join the Ramblers! We are looking for an individual to join our Middle School Office.

This position requires an individual with a high level of secretarial and interpersonal skills and an excellent grasp of computer skills. This person must be motivated and be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision. This is a non-union position, salary based on experience.

Responsibilities
  • High school diploma with evidence of regular updating of skills related to this job classification.
  • At least two years of successful job experience as a secretary and/or clerk in a school system or comparable office situation.
  • Demonstrated ability to determine, plan, and implement efficient office procedures.
  • Ability and Desire to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in problem-solving situations.
  • Advanced knowledge of computers, desktop publishing, word processing, and data management is necessary.
  • Ability to learn and apply specific software applications for state reporting and newsletters.
  • Ability to develop and coordinate procedures for specific projects as they are identified.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Presence on the job is an employee’s fundamental obligation. Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance is required.
